Staff Positions

Mentorship is at the heart of our approach to camp counseling. We are looking for staff members who can not only talk about how important it is to live a Christ-centered life, but are able to model attributes like love, joy, patience, kindness, and faithfulness.

We strive to pay in the upper range of Minnesota Christian residential camps. Adults who volunteer a week of service to camp are eligible to receive a discount for one camper.

All staff members, both paid and volunteer, are required to attend an all day training session late Spring. All summer staff attend a week of paid staff training prior to camp sessions. Staff members are expected to arrive on-site the Saturday before their week of work.
